Many of my posts deal with food but eating is probably the most interesting part of each day. This video is of my host padre Frank preparing "La Torta Ahogada" which means something like drown tortilla or bread. It looks like steak sub sandwich but the bread is really unique bread that can only be cooked in this high elevation. Its like tortilla chip texture on the outside and bread in the inside.
