Visitors, more visitors!

Last weekend was a pretty big weekend. We had Katherine Blair here in town staying with us. Tim knows Kat from his year with Athletes in Action at UVA (she played field hockey). Katherine has been living in Paris as an au pair for the past year. Once her contract was up, she hit the road and is traveling around Europe, making a stop to hang out with us in Prague. Katherine is about the sweetest and most low-maintenance house guest I've ever met and is always welcome to stay with us!

Next up is a tricky one to explain so bare with me. Cindy and Jim Hynds live here (around the corner from us, actually) in Prague and he is the Campus Crusade director for the Czech Republic. Cindy has a brother named Clay. Clay is married to Carol (second from left) who grew up with Laura's mom. Laura's parents and Clay (Cindy's brother) and Carol all live in the same town in South Carolina now and are great friends! So basically I grew up knowing Cindy's brother, sister-in-law, nieces and nephew! Whew! Did you follow that?
Cindy's mom, 2 sisters and Carol came to Prague for a week. We enjoyed catching up over dessert! It was so neat to see Carol in Prague.
