Happy Birthday, Shanna!

Whenever I try to describe my friend, Shanna, to people I have a difficult time defining our relationship. She's one of my best friends here in Prague, yes. But she's more than that because this lady and I have so many connections: she's our pastor's wife, sends her children to the school I work at, we go to her house for a Bible study every Monday, we're in a supper club together that has turned into art projects (knitting and painting), she and her husband did our premarital counseling, she's from the South!, we have been running and training for a 1/2 marathon lately, etc. I just love her and seriously don't know what I'd do without her. She has been a great friend and mentor to me.
