Worship Night

Our church occasionally puts on a "worship night" open to anyone to enjoy the music, sing along if you want to and spend time thinking about/reflecting on the lyrics. Laura went and was able to capture a video (I'm trying so hard to be discreet) of our friends Dorothy (Dot to us), Ondra and Lauren. Dot has such a BEAUTIFUL voice, Ondra is amazing on the guitar and Lauren is playing my favorite instrument- the violin.

After worship we went to one of my favorite restaurants in Prague- Radost. We have been enjoying Radost for several years now but its most recently known as the setting for Rhianna's music video: Don't Stop the Music. Over the summer I was running on a treadmill at a gym watching MTV or VH1 and happened to see this video. I was watching the background and thought, Huh.. that looks a lot like Radost.. sure enough that's where they filmed it. Small world. I hope she tried the nachos when she was there- delicious!

This isn't everyone at worship night, just those of us going in a certain direction on the metro. I love how Phil is holding up the Medovnik cake box.. classic.
And somehow (not quite sure how) I have managed to blog about worship night, Rhianna and the metro all in one post...that's life in Prague for ya.
