Tim or Emeril?

Due to my work schedule and Tim's later basketball practices, if we want to eat dinner together then Timmy is the one who has to "whip something up." I have come home to find this man making pad thai, intricate soups and 3 course meals. He takes great care in following recipes and trying to include variety. The other day I came home to this:



This was our "salad course" (caprese salad). Yeah, the girls at school are pretty jealous of me... can't blame them!
