Have you ever wanted to go to a U2 concert and decided the tickets were too expensive or they quickly sold out? Well, my friend, look no further as we have the solution to your problem! Go to www.imaxpraha.cz and click on 'Program', (sorry if you don't live in Prague- come visit!) check the listings for movie times for U2 in 3D and although not live, its definitely the best concert you will ever go to. I took Tim to see this film Sunday night as part of an early Christmas gift (since we will be in the States for the holidays) and we both left deciding to go back again. You seriously feel like you're there, on stage, standing in front of Bono, Larry, The Edge and Adam. I can tell you the earrings Bono wore, that Larry likes to have a glass of iced tea and some tissues next to his drumset during a concert. I could see their sweat and every expression on their face. It was both cool and weird at the same time. Although Imax has a sweet sound system I also did not walk out of the theatre with ringing in my ears like after a live concert. And the best part? Every now and then I would glance over at Tim to make sure he was enjoying it. And every time his eyes were glued to screen and he had a smile on his face like a 4-year-old boy! Another incentive: tickets are 200 Kc or 10 bucks!
