Pumpkins by Day..

We enjoyed an outing with our "Community Group" this past Saturday. Tim and I are involved in a Bible study at the Davis' one night a week and some of us gathered for an afternoon at the Pumpkin Patch- Czech style.

It was a beautiful day!

The pumpkins were in big piles in the yard, which is how one went about choosing the "right" pumpkin:


Mmmm! Pumpkin soup! (Served along with sausages, chicken wings, bread rolls and a pumpkin pastry- truly Czech style!)

Forget the real goats and rabbits. We love this horse!

So that about sums up our day. Somehow we don't have a picture with David Baker in it! But it was a lot of fun to go with the Davis family and another couple, the Baker's.
