The second to last week of school is called, "Activity Week." What is that all about? Class work is discouraged, fun activities are planned and some of us (aka- me) take 27 2nd graders on a 3 day, 2 night trip. We went on a scavenger hunt around Prague one day and then left for our action-packed, fun-filled adventure to Spindluruv Mlyn- a beautiful outdoorsy area in the Czech Republic. We hiked, rock climbed, learned archery, went to a water park and had a camp fire! Overall, the experience was fun and not as tiring as I thought! Here are a few highlights from our week:
